Rapid Transformational Therapy(RTT)
RTT is a therapeutic method combining the principles and benefits of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic method created by Marisa Peer (Marisa Peer) – a British therapist, best-selling author and a transformational leader.
RTT is a hybrid method combining concepts, practices and benefits from hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
The main tool used during the session is hypnosis – this is a completely natural state of overall relaxation and inner focus. When the client is in this relaxed state, it becomes possible for them to get in touch with their emotional mind and their memories and to shine light on situations in which they acquired deep negative beliefs about themselves. The client reviews the scenes from the past with fascination and curiosity in order to understand how their mind works and what was the inner, emotional logic for creating certain coping mechanisms and strategies which might be presenting as anger, anxiety, depression, etc. Once they get clarity on that, they are free to move on with their life in a more constructive way. Clients become free to actively choose their beliefs and learn to respond differently to people and situations.
Several additional tools are used in the session – with the help of congitive behavioral therapy and guided by the therapist, the client is able to identify the negative beliefs and thoughts and transform them into constructive ones and NLP helps clients wire in and code in the beliefs suitable for them.
The RTT session helps the client achieve swift transformation – they are free from the things that were blocking and stopping them from living the life they truly deserve and they are free to live their life from a place of genuine authenticity.
In the 21 days after the session, the client listens to their personal recording every day to code in the new, positive beliefs they are now choosing. Clients start responding differently to people and situations right away because they now know and feel they are enough and whole. This motivates them to act and behave differently – with confidence and unwavering belief in their own abilities as human beings.
This is an exciting journey back to yourself, and RTT is a wonderful way to start!
What is the RTT process?
Rapid Transformational Therapy has two main stages – the full RTT session and then, listening to your personal recording for at least 21 consecutive days.
